SynovativeUC is the brand name of Simply Innovative Unified Communications, LLC, a veteran-owned technology consultancy based in Nashville, Tennessee. We connect audio-visual systems, IT infrastructure and unified communications with the hardware, software and business platforms that support everyday work.
Our role is to help you move from a business need to a practical solution: listen closely, design responsibly, document clearly and coordinate the right specialists. We work with businesses, integrators, education and healthcare organizations on planning, configuration, implementation and support.
Good technology should be understandable, usable and maintainable. Those priorities guide our recommendations, alongside compatibility, project requirements and the people who will use the solution.
Practical experience across design, integration and implementation informs our recommendations. We keep learning as technology changes, with a focus on solutions that people can use and support.
Discipline · Integrity · Follow-Through
The same commitment to Accountability, Integrity, and Excellence drives everything we do.
Technology evolves rapidly. We help customers navigate change with confidence, agility, and resilience.
AV, IT and communications decisions affect one another. We connect the disciplines and coordinate specialist partners so that design, procurement and implementation follow the same project requirements.
Founder Eric Clifford Berg built SynovativeUC around a practical concern: technology should help people do their work. Projects become harder when products do not work together, requirements are unclear or a proposal starts with equipment instead of the business need.
His experience as a U.S. Army special operations veteran and an AV, IT and unified communications design engineer informs an approach built on preparation, accountability and coordination. Listen closely. Design responsibly. Document clearly. Bring in the right specialists.
SynovativeUC brings that approach to requirements, drawings, equipment selection and implementation guidance. The aim is to make technology easier to understand, purchase, use and support, with specialist partners coordinated around the project.
The work matters when people can focus on their purpose: teaching a class, collaborating with colleagues or running a meeting. That is the outcome that guides the design.

Eric Clifford Berg has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
